Shipping and Risk of Loss

The Products purchased from this Website will be shipped by us through USPS. Shipping dates and/or arrival times given are only estimates.

Returns and Exchanges

We only offer refunds on orders that have not been fulfilled. We apologize for the inconvenience, but once an order has been fulfilled we are unable to offer refunds. We use a third party printer and sometimes their products may run small, so when in doubt, please order up a size. If you received an item that you believe to be damaged or defective, we will be happy to exchange it for a new item. For loss/damage claims, you must notify us within 30 days of the date of delivery if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Loss/damage claims are subject to our investigation and damaged items must include a photo of the damage.

Refund of Registration for Events

We reserve the right to cancel this event at any time due to any unsafe conditions. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for any occurrences outside of Arizona Adventure Group physical control resulting in unsafe weather conditions, include rain chance 40% or greater, exceeding 15 mph, and temperature below 48 degrees. We use weather reports from www.weather.com to determine safe/unsafe conditions.

Local Taxes

Your total price may include the price of the Products plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the Products.
